Smaller scale projects that take second priority from our major project. These breeding projects primarily aim to produce mice that are large, healthy and have inquisitive and calm temperaments. Show conformation will come secondary in breeder selection. To see our major project mice please click the tab on the left that says 'The Mice'.

A very specific colour combination, but from reviewing overseas standards and information, chocolate reverses are more ideal for show due to the depth of colour that they express. I also have a particular like for this variety since I came across it. These mice will be bred with the aim of being exhibited in all coat types and some in manx.
This is a joint project between Mushroom Mousery and Crescenity Rodentry.

Coastal (CR) Oyster
Gender: Doe Colour: black Marking(s): self Coat: long hair Genotype: a/a go/go Sire: Unknown Dam: Unknown D.O.B: Uknown
Aiming for large hairless mice in tailed and manx. Aiming to keep out other coat types such as long hair and rex. Primarily being bred in self based colours.
NOTE: Hairless mice are more prone to health issues (such as entropion) and can even have shorter life spans. They also are higher maintenance than furred mice. Because of this, hairless mice WILL NOT be available for sale.
